I JUST SIGNED UP FOR THE 3B BOX, WHEN WILL I GET MY FIRST BOX?

We’re so excited you’ve signed up for a 3B Box subscription. We ship several times each month based on when you initially sign up. Your first box typically ships within 2 weeks of when you sign up.  

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED EACH MONTH?

There are several billing cycles each month. Your first bill will occur on the day you sign up for the subscription. Following the first payment, you will be billed consistently on the same day of each month moving forward (although this day may differ from your first payment). Each month you'll receive a notification 24-48 hours after billing letting you know that your 3B box is on its way to you.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Our subscription box ships for free every single month! All other orders ship for $5 flat rate fee anywhere in the US. Expedited shipping options are available. All orders ship Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders must be placed by 12pm Eastern Standard Time to be processed on that same business day, otherwise it will be processed the next day.  Currently we only ship to customers in the US.

HOW DO YOU SELECT THE PRODUCTS THAT GO INTO EACH BOX?

3B is all about the joy in discovering your new favorite product from Asia so we try to include a wide range of brands, ingredients, and types of products. We have personally tried the majority of products we put in our boxes to ensure the quality of everything our customers are receiving. We also have focus groups with beauty advisors that test our products to help ensure only the best products make it into our shop and into our beauty boxes. Inspiration for our curations come from smaller local brands to bigger name brand staples in Japan, Korea, and Taiwan. I LOVE THE PRODUCTS I RECEIVED IN MY 3B BOX BUT HAVE SOME QUESTIONS ABOUT HOW TO USE THEM, WHERE DO I GO TO LEARN MORE?

Each month we post information about the products, brands, and ingredients on Instagram and Facebook. If we carry the product in our shop there is detailed information and instructions on how to use the products on our product pages. If you ever have any questions you can message us on Instagram (@the3bbox) and Facebook or send us an email at info@the3bbox.com.

I LIVE OUTSIDE THE US, HOW DO I GET A 3B BOX?

Currently we only ship in the US. As soon as we begin shipping outside the US we will make sure to let you know through our social channels (@the3bbox). We're so glad you're excited about 3B and can't wait to bring it to your country.

 WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Monthly auto renew subscriptions can be cancelled any time by logging into your account. If you’ve already been billed for this month’s box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle. For 6-month auto-renewable and 12-month auto-renewable subscriptions, you can cancel your subscription in the first month, or opt out of the auto renewal any time.  To get in touch send us a note via info@the3bbox.com.
